The petitioners have put forth prayer clause B as under :- "B) By issuing the Writ of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, as the case may be, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the sitting allowances as per Rule 16(1) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rule, 2015 as the petitioners conducted the sittings as per the Section 28(1) of the said Act."

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representations of the petitioners within the purview of the scheme set out under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 as expeditiously as possible. In the event, the petitioners are entitled to any payment, such payment shall be made to them on or before 15.10.2022.
