By an appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, the respondents may kindly be directed to consider and decide the representation / application dated 19.03.2024 filed by the petitioner and thereafter pay the compensation for the acquired land to the extent of 0.07 R out of land gut No. 289 sitauted at Karla (Kh.), Tq. Biloli, Dist. Nanded for the purpose of construction of state highway No. 16 from Karla - Kundalwadi."
