(2) Cri. W.P. No. 298 OF 2002 4796 of 2014, this Criminal Writ Petition is restored to file. 2.

Heard Adv. Mr. Zia-Ul-Mustafa appearing for the applicants and learned APP Mr. S.D. Kaldate appearing for the respondent - State. By consent of the parties, heard finally.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, makes a statement that the Investigating Officer has already filed the charge sheet on 1st September 2004. 4.

We have perused the prayer in the petition. The petition only takes exception to Crime No. 111/2001, registered with Police Station, Jawahar Nagar, Aurangabad. On merits, we are not inclined to entertain the petition in view of the fact that already charge sheet is filed on 1st September 2004.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
