The petitioners are assailing the approval granted to Respondent Nos.7 to 19.

We have heard Mr. Mayure, learned counsel for petitioners and the learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4. We have also heard Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel for Respondent No.2. The petitioners are not in employment. The petitioners are terminated from service. The petitioners have preferred the appeal before the School Tribunal. The same is pending. The petition at the behest of the dismissed employees today would not be tenable.

In case the petitioners' appeal is allowed and orders are passed for reinstating the petitioners by the competent Court, then the petitioners may agitate with regard to the contentions raised in the present writ petition.

The petitioners may request the School Tribunal for hearing their appeal expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
