The learned advocate for the petitioner as well as learned advocate for the respondents submit that by looking at the nature of the petition and prayers, the petition has become infructuous.

The petition is against the order granting stay by the Collector to the program of election of Sarpanch. Considering this nature of the petition, this court finds that this petition can be disposed off by directing the learned Collector, Nanded.
