Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for respondent no.2 oppose to condone the delay.

On going through the record it is revealed that there is delay of only 50 days in preferring the Appeal. It would be just and proper to condone

(2) 921-appln-2000-2022 the delay in the interest of justice in order to exercise right of appeal, which is provided by the Statute.
