We have heard Mr. Dhorde, the learned senior counsel appearing for applicant/State. The learned senior counsel states that, the order of which contempt is alleged is stayed by the Apex Court in Special Leave Petition. There was no intention of the authorities concerned to flout the orders of this Court. The authority also never refused to accept the notice of the Court. Out of four notices three notices were already accepted and the

2 ca 6632.15 said authority was in Vidhan Sabha, as he is an Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department and was required to remain present in Vidhan Sabha for budget Session. According to the learned senior counsel, the application is filed seeking exemption from appearance in the Court from 23.06.2015. 2.

It appears that, bailiff report is disputed. The same would be considered later. Considering the difficulty shown, the said Additional Chief Secretary Finance Department is exempted from appearance in the Court on 23.06.2015. The civil application is disposed of.
