The petitioner was awaiting approval to her admission for B.Sc. Nursing Course with the respondent no.7/College and for want of which a result has also not been declared by the respondent no.6/University.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.4/Admission Regulating Authority tenders across the bar a copy of the communication addressed by it to the Principal of the College/respondent no.7 dated 26.09.2024, whereby it has now granted approval to her admission in the respondent no.7/College for the first year of B.Sc. Nursing Course from the academic year 20212022.

In the light of above, the respondent no.6/University shall now take appropriate steps and declare the petitioner's result and the respondent no.7/College shall allow her to fill in necessary application for appearing for further examination immediately. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
