Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.192 of 2024, registered with Satara Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 143, 147, 148, 149, 225 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

The allegations against the applicant is that he was helping the main accused to flee away from the crime. Except this, there are no allegations against him. Nothing is to be recovered from him. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

39-BA.949-24.odt (ii) Applicant ROHIT RAMESH KALKUMBE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount on the following conditions :

(a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice.
