Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is submitted seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on 12.12.2015 (Exh-'C'). The same is not decided. 2.

Learned A.G.P. accepts the notice for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3.

In case the proposal is filed by respondent No.5 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exh-'C') and if the same is pending with the Authority, then the Authority shall take
