In view of the contentions and submissions this Court holds that similar direction is to be given. So, the respondent is hereby directed to decide the matter filed under section 28(A) of the Land Acquisition Act. If its compliance is require therefore, and decide the same if already not decided within a period of six months from the date of this order after giving notice to the petitioner. The petition is allowed and disposed of in those terms.
