PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No.2 to issue corrected tribe certificate, certifying that the petitioner belongs to 'Mannervarlu', scheduled tribe, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one week from today and it is accordingly directed. The Sub Divisional Officer shall correct the spelling of the tribe in the certificate and corrected certificate shall be issued on furnishing the original tribe certificate already issued to the petitioner, wherein the spelling of the tribe has been incorrectly recorded.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
