This is an application for setting aside the order passed by Registrar refusing registration of the Writ Petition stamp on account of failure of the petitioners to remove office objections.

Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by Registrar, dated 3/11/2014, refusing registration of the Writ Petition stamp is set aside. Delay occurred in presenting the Civil Application is condoned. Writ Petition is restored to its original number. The petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today.
