The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses (A) and (B), which read as under :- "A.

The Petitioner is praying to quash and set aside the order/communication dated 29/04/2022 issued by Respondent No. 3 by which the Respondent No. 3 declined to join the petitioner under inter-district transfer.

B.

During pending of this Writ petition stay to the Execution, implementation and operation of order dated 29/04/2022 issued by Respondent No. 3 against the petitioner."

We have perused the impugned order dated 29/04/2022. Prima facie, we do not find any infirmity in the said order.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner contends that, there are certain guidelines as regards inter-district transfers and those have not been complied with.

Considering the above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 17/08/2022. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.

All office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
