In case, the application filed by the petitioner dated 03.08.2020 is pending with respondent No.2 and if respondent No.2 is competent to decide it, then respondent no.2 shall endeavor to decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
