PER COURT :- Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally by consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The Petition is filed seeking directions to Respondent No.2- Caste Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously since it is pending from 14th September, 2011. It is further prayed that, till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided, no adverse action should be taken against the petitioner by the Respondent Nos. 3 to 5.

The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that, the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with Respondent No.2.

In the light of above, the Respondent No.2 - Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case, within three months from today.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent No.2 - Committee on 1st April, 2015. It is needless to observe that, the petitioner should extend full co-operation to the Respondent No.2 for deciding his tribe claim within stipulated period.

Till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided by Respondent No.2 - Committee, Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 should not take any adverse action against the petitioner on the ground that, the tribe claim of the petitioner has not been submitted by the petitioner.

Interim protection granted is subject to outcome of the pending proceedings before Respondent No.2. 8.
The Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.

Rule made absolute accordingly.
