I have perused the investigation record. The applicant's complicity in the Crime No. 94 of 2021 is apparent from the first information report and the injury certificate issued by Medical Officer, attached to Primary Health Centre. Evidently mother of complainant had filed report against the applicant and others, whereupon the crime under Section 354 of the IPC and offence under the Atrocities Act was registered on 19-05-2021. Thus, alleged, applicant was harbouring grudge against the complainant. Be that as it may, first information report, says the applicant inflicted two injuries over right side of abdomen. (2) aba735.21 Health Centre have certified these injuries. Although injuries were simple in nature, weapon allegedly used was hard and sharp. Additionally, two injuries were inflicted on vital part of the body. 3.
