It is contended that the petitioner is officiating as Assistant Teacher. He has also attended Covid-19 duty and is

WP NO. 7830/2021 also attending exam duty, so also, attended election duty. 4.

The Education Officer shall verify about the working of the petitioner and if he is satisfied that the petitioner is discharging his duties, then shall proceed further for processing the claim of the petitioner for the salary.

The Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
