The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.548 of 2021, registered with Zilla Peth Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 143, 147, 201 of the IPC.

Similarly situated co-accused Anna Kisan Kakad and Arvind Prakash Patil have been granted bail. The role attributed to the applicant is identical to their role. Therefore, the applicant deserves bail on parity. Hence, the following order :

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant JITENDRA SHENFADU MALI be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall not contact the witnesses in any manner.

(c) He shall attend the trial on each and every effective date.
