This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing the F.I.R. No.46/2018, dated 11/11/2018, registered with Marwad Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is of the year 2018. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the charge sheet was filed in the year 2019.
