Mr. Gunale, the learned counsel for petitioners does not dispute that on the post on which husband of the petitioner No. 1 was working was brought on 100% grant in aid after 01.11.2005. 2.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

As the post on which husband of the petitioner was working was brought on grant in aid after 01.11.2005, the matter would be governed by the D.C.P.S. scheme. Said issue is concluded by the Full Bench of this Court under judgment and order dated 30th April, 2019 in Writ Petition No. 8387 of 2013
