Leave granted to the applicant to correct the name of applicant. Necessary correction be carried out forthwith. 3.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.298 of 2024, registered with Ahmednagar Taluka Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the IPC and Sections 37(1), 37(3) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 3.

The prosecution has a case of assault to the cook of the complainant in his hotel. The applicant was not named in the FIR. However, in supplementary statement barely his name

40-BA.954-24.odt has been taken. There are no allegations of his active role played in the offence. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. Therefore, he deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant GANESH DEVIDAS @ MUMBAI BHOSALE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount on the following conditions :

(a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till filing of charge sheet.
