Mrs. M. A. Kulkarni, learned counsel for applicant is present. None present for the respondent when the matter is called out. This Court has directed vide order dated 27th July, 2022 to both the sides to file affidavits in support of their respective contentions whether the applicant is dead or alive. Both the parties have not complied with the order passed by this Court dated 27th July, 2022. Mrs. M. A. Kulkarni, learned counsel for applicant submits that she has no concrete information about the death of the applicant, but her instructing Advocate has informed her about the death of the applicant.
