Order :- The claim of petitioner in the instant petition cannot be considered for the simple reason that application seeking employment tendered by the petitioner on-line refers to District Latur and does not refer to District Nanded. The petitioner has tendered application seeking employment in District Latur, whereas, he has claimed the post of Security Officer from amongst reserved Ex-serviceman category from District Nanded in the instant petition. There is no such reservation provided in Latur District for Ex-serviceman category. Hence, the prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is not liable to be considered for the reason that, he did not tender the application for the post in question, which was available in Nanded District, however, he applied for post from Latur District.
