Learned AGP Mr. A. M. Phule and Mr. Jivan Desai, Dy. Collector, Latur are present for the State/acquiring body. 2.
Learned advocates for respondent are also present. 3.
By consent of the parties, the delay is condoned. 4.
Mr. A. M. Phule, learned AGP for the State/acquiring body, on instructions, submitted that the above numbered appeals are squarely covered by the Government Resolution No. Sankirna2014/pra.kra.4/Bhag-1/A-4 dated 03rd November, 2016 and subsequent corrigendum dated 23th February 2017 and 13th August, SVH
48-FA-283-15 - fnl.odt 2018 to the said Government Resolution. In turn, these appeals can be withdrawn as per the policy decision taken by the Government of Maharashtra. Accordingly, the State is withdrawing these appeals. 5.
The learned AGP submits that the acquiring body/State shall deposit the amount of award within a period of three months from today, if not so deposited. The amount shall be deposited in the reference Court. The claimants shall be at liberty to withdraw the amount.

In view of the above, the first appeals are disposed of. The Civil Applications also stand disposed of. 7.
Court fees should be refunded as per rules.
