Nobody present for the petitioner. This Court has considered the point involved in the matter and the said case is reported in 2013 (2) All MR 841 (Jagannath Khakare & Ors. Vs. The State of Maharashtra). In that proceeding also the age relaxation was claimed by the petitioner for his consideration on the post advertised by the respondent-company. This Court held that the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company incorporated under Companies Act is not bound to follow the age relaxation and such relaxation cannot be given to the 'project/earthquake' affected persons. Thus it is held that there

In view of the said decision, the present petition is disposed of of the same reason.
