By this application, applicant is seeking her enlargement on bail since she is arrested in connection with Crime No. 57/2015 registered with Kallamb Police Station, Dist. Osmanabad for the offences punishable u/s 409,420,465,467,468,469,471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Mr. H.P.Jadhav, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Pratibha Bharad, learned A.P.P. for the respondent - State.

F.I.R. is lodged by Ramdas Kamladas Khose, who was the Vice President of Rashtramata Jijau Taluka Gramin and Nagari Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., Kallmb, District Osmanabad. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, applicant is a Peon, whereas learned A.P.P. submits that the applicant is a Clerk. Be that as it may. Name of the applicant is not appearing in the F.I.R. According to prosecution, during the audit of the said Society, it was noticed that the present applicant along with other co-accused has prepared bogus documents and has taken the loan in the name of fake persons and thereby she has mis-appropriated amount of Rs.19,32,049/-.

Learned A.P.P. submitted that as per the investigation papers, it appears that loan is given to the fatherin-law of the present applicant. 5.

Applicant is arrested on 22/05/2015 and she was in police custody remand for some period and thereafter she was taken in magisterial custody remand. The offence is related to the documents. All the documents are already seized and they are in the custody and possession of the Investigating officer. This Court has already released on bail the Manager of the said Society by name Surekha Bhimrao Maske @ Surekha w/o Shivraj Marathe. In that view of the

3 Cr.Apln. 3132.2015 matter, applicant's further presence in jail is not required. 6.

Hence, I pass the following order :

(i) present Criminal Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Sangita d/o Tukaram Jadhav @ Sangita w/o Santosh Maske be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 57/2015 registered with Kallamb Police Station, Dist. Osmanabad for the offences punishable u/s 409,420,465,467, 468,469,471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code on she executing P.R.

Bond of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand] with one solvent surety of like amount. Bail before the trial Court.

(iii) With these observations, present Criminal Application is disposed of.
