The learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record the recent order passed by the Education Ofcer (Secondary) dated 28.11.2019 by assigning certain reasons. The proposal submitted to the Education Ofcer for grant of approval to the petitioner is rejected. Though, it is the submission of the learned Counsel Mr Patil that the order is unsustainable on various grounds, we are unable to expand the scope of this contempt petition so as to assess the order dated 28.11.2019 on merits.

It is also submitted by learned Counsel Mr Patil that the order placed on record at Exh. "D" dated 15.04.2019 is already a subject matter of the writ petition preferred by the petitioner. If that is so, the petitioner is not prevented from taking appropriate steps to amend the petition and challenge the subsequent order dated 28.11.2019, if so advised.

As the order of this Court is now complied with, the grievance raised in petition no more survives. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
