Heard learned counsel for applicant-appellant- Insurance Company. Perused the application and other relevant documents. 2.

Learned counsel for appellant- Insurance Company undertakes to deposit the entire decreetal amount with interest acrrued thereon within a period of four weeks.

In view of submission, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 08-03-2018, passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Shrirampur, District Ahmednagar, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 3 of 2017, on condition that applicant/appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with interest accrued thereon in this court within a period of four weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondents/original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law.
