Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 has tendered across the Bar additional affidavit-in-reply of service. Same is taken on record.

In para 5 of the said affidavit, it is stated that the total amount of Rs.3,63,816/- will be disbursed/paid to the petitioner within 10 (ten) weeks from today. The break-up of payment is also given in paragraph 5.

Without prejudice to the contentions of the petitioner, statement made in para 5 of the affidavit-inreply of respondent No.3 is accepted. Respondent No.3 to

( 2 ) wp6173.12 adhere to the time limit mentioned in para 5 and accordingly release the amount in favour of the petitioner.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
