The notice was issued to respondent no.2. Though the said notice was served upon respondent no.2, none appeared for respondent no.2.

This Court thereafter issued notice of final disposal to respondent no.2. The notice of final disposal is also served upon respondent no.2, but none appears for respondent no.2. 3.

The grievance of the petitioners is that though the compromise Award has been passed in the Lok Adalat in the year 2017, the amount of compensation is not yet paid.

In case, the Award passed in the Lok Adalat is intact and the petitioners are entitled for the compensation as per the said Award, then the respondents shall make payment of compensation as per the Award within a period of six months.
