The learned AGP has placed on record the photostat copies of two communications. The first communication is dated 1.9.2022, addressed by the Deputy Commissioner (2), Kolhapur Municipal Corporation, addressed to the learned AGP. The same is marked as 'X-1' for identification. The learned AGP informs that the proposal of the petitioner for grant of provisional pensionary benefits pursuant to the order of this Court dated 7.12.2021, has already been processed on 11.1.2022. The second communication is also dated 1.9.2022, which is addressed by the same authority to the petitioner himself. The same is marked as 'X-2' for identification. Vide this communication, the petitioner is informed that his pension case is ready and has already been tendered to the pension department.

The learned advocate for the petitioner is satisfied and prays that this petition be disposed off.
