Learned advocates for respondents are also present. 3.
By consent of the parties, the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to register the appeal.

Mr. A. M. Phule, learned AGP for the State, on instructions, submitted that the above numbered appeal is squarely covered by the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014 /pra.kra.4/Bhag-1/A-4 dated 03rd November, 2016 and subsequent SVH
902-CA-10987-11 - fnl.odt corrigendum dated 23th February 2017 and 13th August, 2018 to the said Government Resolution. In turn, this appeal can be withdrawn as per the policy decision taken by the Government of Maharashtra. Accordingly, the State is withdrawing this appeal. 5.
The learned AGP submitted that the acquiring body/State shall deposit the amount of award within a period of three months from today, if not so deposited. The amount shall be deposited in the reference Court. The claimants shall be at liberty to withdraw the amount.

In view of the above, the first appeal is disposed of. The Civil Applications also stand disposed of.

Court fees should be refunded as per rules.
