The concerned Police Inspector of Karjat Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar has already produced on record copy of death certificate of appellant - Mahadeo Namdeo Kawde on record which is marked as ''X'' for identification. 2.

Thus, it appears that the appellant died on 16th April, 2014 due to accidental illness. The learned Trial Court has already acquitted the other accused except the present appellant.

As such, on the death of appellant/accused the appeal stands abated and disposed of.
