1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 original claimant/s as well as learned AGP. Perused the application. Shri Sangle, laerned counsel for appellant - acquiring body submits that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited by the applicant in this court. Therefore, he prayed to grant stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. 2] In view of the nature of subject matter, I do not find any impediment to grant stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned award passed by the Reference Court. Hence, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court during the pendency of appeal. Civil applications for stay are disposed of accordingly.
