By this application, the applicant-State prays for condonation of delay caused in filing criminal application seeking leave to file appeal challenging the judgment and order of acquittal dated 24.2.2014 passed by learned Adhoc Assistant Sessions Judge, Dhule in Sessions case No. 78 of 2012, for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A and 504 r.w. 34 of I.P.C. For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 26 days caused in filing the application seeking leave to file appeal, is hereby condoned. Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. 3.
