Miss Talekar, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, there are two vacancies available. The petitioners have shown the same. The representation/objection is filed with the Commissioner. The Commissioner be directed to consider the same.

We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr. Mohekar, the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad.

In view of the above, the Commissioner shall consider the representation/objection of petitioners with regard to the transfer and posting within a period of four (04) weeks from today, on its own merits and in accordance with policy. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

The parties may point out the available vacancies, so also the Zilla Parishad may point out as to whether posting can be made or otherwise.
