This is an Application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the Writ Petition on 13th June

ca4368.12 2011 and for condonation of delay.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the Application, the Application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the Writ Petition is set aside and Writ Petition is restored to its original position. The delay of 24 days caused in filing present Application stands condoned.

The Applicants shall remove office objections within four weeks from today.

3.

In the event of failure of Applicants to remove office objections within the period stipulated as above, the order passed in the instant Application shall stand recalled.
