The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with Education Officer since the year 2011. The same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no.1 and 2 and submits that in case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, the respondent no.2 would decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law. 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Page 32) is pending with respondent no.2, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law within four months.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
