I have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner for quite sometime.

The Appellate Court has delivered the impugned Judgment and Order dated 15.4.2019 thereby setting aside the Order of the Trial Court below application Exh. 5 passed in R.C.S. No. 38/2017. Instead, the Appellate Court has expedited the hearing before the Trial Court and has directed both the parties to maintain statusquo regarding the possession of the suit house property till the disposal of the suit.

I do not find that the impugned Order could be
