The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the Deputy Director of Education.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with Deputy Director of Education, Latur (Page 37 and 38), then the Deputy Director of Education, Latur shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months.
