We have heard Mr. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks directions to implement the orders passed by this Court dated 18.01.2021. If this Court has already passed the orders, it is for the authorities to implement the orders and if the same is not implemented, the petitioner has remedy available. For the same purpose the writ petition would not be permissible. 3.

In the light of that, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 4.

The petitioner may take up appropriate proceedings for non implementation of the orders.
