This is the Appeal against Acquittal. Learned advocate Mr. Krishna Sharma holding for Mr. C. C. Deshpande for the respondentsole submits that the respondent has expired. He has filed on record the purshis to that effect with a xerox copy of Death Certificate showing the name of respondent-sole. There is no dispute that the respondent-sole has died.
