Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the land acquisition reference preferred by the petitioners under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act in the year 2012 is still pending. Twice the same was reserved for judgment but because of change of the learned Judge, the matter could not be decided. All other references arising out of the common award are decided. The only difference is petitioner is claiming amount as per nonagricultural valuation. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 & 2. 3.

In case the land acquisition reference filed by the petitioner

35 wp780-21.odt is pending with learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon, then the same shall be decided expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with the law, preferably within six months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
