Heard learned Counsel for applicant and learned A.G.P. for Respondent No.1 - State. Having regard to the contentions raised in the application and considering the objections raised in exception to the impugned award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:-

O R D E R

I) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against him, he shall re-deposit the amount 1 / 2

II) Applicant is permitted to withdraw remaining 25% of the amount on furnishing bank guaranty in the like amount of the nationalised bank.

III) Civil Application stands disposed of.
