He submits that if directions are given to dispose of the trial within a specified period that will be in the fitness of things. Learned counsel Shri Bilolikar opposed it. 2.

Without going into the merits of the case since the trial has commenced, it will be in the fitness of things if the trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial within a stipulated period.
