Learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.4 - Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee on instructions from the Secretary of Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, who is present in the Court states that the Clause 8 of the order dated 23.3.2018 will not be insisted upon and the market committee would ensure providing the basic amenities to the traders in the market area as per plan to be formulated by the market committee.

The Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not insist upon the challenge raised in Clause 3 of the order dated 23.3.2018, in view of the fact that the plots have already been allotted by the market committee.

In view of the statement made, the grievance raised by the petitioner does not survive.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
