Order passed by Tahsildar, Biloli under Section 5 of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, 1906 is impugned in present petition. 2.

Indisputably, order impugned in present petition is also challenged by filing revision under Section 23 of the said Act before respondent No.2 Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli, which is pending. In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to decide revision filed by petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order. Needless to state that respondent No.2 shall give opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties.

Petitioner shall correct clause title of the revision memo by mentioning Section 23 of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act. (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) SVH
