The applicants, being the legal representatives of sole claimant-appellant Sambhaji Krishna Manale, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record. Sambhaji admittedly died on 13.12.2019. Likewise, his son Udhav is also no more and copy of his death certifcate indicates that he died on 20.10.1998.

The applicants are also claiming condonation of delay of 928 days for fling this application.

{2} There is no strong oppose from the other side and, therefore, considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A"and "B". The appellants are directed to carry out amendment within stipulated period.
