Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and the fact that after the accident, the applicant incurred huge medical expenses to the tune of Rs.4,00,000/-, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
